Then We Find The Main Problem Is Lack Of Trust, To address this, we decided to build trust with patients digitally by showcasing the better results they can achieve at comfort in Sankalp Eye and Dental Care. We created an informative video, testimonials of patients, case studies, and Facebook ads to reach more potential patients. We also discovered that all of their patients were Hindi speaking and not comfortable with English. Hence, we developed a custom solution in Hindi that could attract more patients.Although Sankalp Eye and Dental Care already had some digital presence, it was negative and unprofessional. We decided to change their digital presence entirely to a result-oriented and professional one.
